SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free Standard Shipping on all products(excluding free promotion) for a limited period of time!

Our standard free shipping takes 2-3 days to process your order and up to 5-30 days for you to receive the product. We do our best to expedite the process and often you will receive the product much sooner.

We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

You can locate your product through the tracking tab located on our site, once the parcel is dispatched.

Please note that it can take some time for your tracking number to link to your packet, so do not be alarmed if it does not link immediately.

Because our items are shipped from different locations, you may receive multiple packages with different tracking numbers. These packages may not all arrive at the exact same time.

In more detail: 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
